1).   Please paste one amino-acid sequence in fasta format (please sign in to submit more sequences and to store a list of your results)
2).   Sequences longer than 1000 aa should be split into (putative) domains.

(We are limiting the bulk submission because of abuse. If you need to run entire genomes, please contact us )

7).   Option: check this box to include additional metagenomic data in the database used to calculate protein profile.
