1).   Please paste one amino-acid sequence in fasta format (please sign in to submit more sequences and to store a list of your results)
2).   Sequences longer than 1000 aa should be split into (putative) domains.

6).   Option: instead of submitting one protein sequence, please login to upload a protein sequence file in fasta format(<=100 sequences). Providing an email at login is required.

(We are limiting the bulk submission because of abuse. If you need to run entire genomes, please contact us )

7).   Option: check this box to include additional metagenomic data in the database used to calculate protein profile.
